#39 Symbolic of Jews who turned away from God and rejected their messiah, Jesus Christ

Just a very quick blog post to give some very basic evidence for the symbolism of number thirty-nine that anyone can validate for themselves. Number 39 is associated with the nation and people of Israel who turned away from God's Son Jesus Christ. The symbolism for number 39 can be easily observed by examining the Bible's (or Torah, or Tanakh's) verse number 39's. At first you might think this is a contrived association but if you look at enough of them it's very difficult to dismiss this God intended association. It also demonstrates the absolute perfection in numbering in God's Holy Word that is consistent through both the Old and New Testaments.

Following are some of the key verse 39's in the Bible providing evidence it is associated with Israel. You can also look at any other numbering in the Bible associated with #39 for more evidence; see chapter 39's or chapters with 39 verses. It is also interesting to note the following facts:
  • There are 39 books in the Old Testament
  • Israel wandered in the wilderness for about 39 years before entering the promised land
  • Matthew chapter 1 is the 930 chapter of the Bible and the first book of the New Testament. It is directed to the Jews attempting to demonstrate to them Jesus Christ is the messiah they have waited for.
Following are some amazing verse thirty-nines in the Bible that will give you more information about what God has written about #39 and Israel.
