God's Number 37 - theme tells of perfection/sanctification/being saved...

When you see anything related to number 37 (and its reverse 73) think about number 777, perfection, sanctification, consecration, truth and Jesus. Thirty-seven can bee seen like three sevens - 777 - which has similar meeting. Examples speak for themselves and should make you wonder about this impossible claim...The 3700th verse of the Bible finds the Lord selecting the Levites to be the tribe of Priests who are to be holy and set apart for serving God - not coincidentally, this is also the 3rd chapter and 7th verse (37) of the book of Numbers.This is just one of the Bible's many examples showing how number 37 is related to being saved/raised up or being holy or perfect. Like all God's numbers, opposite meanings can also be found associated with them, so with #37 so you will find themes of not being saved or being defeated/destroyed.

One very compelling example of the consistent theme association with number 37 are the contents of the seven chapter thirty-sevens of the Bible. Each of these chapters speak of being saved, made perfect, lifted up or opposite themes such as being thrown down or not being saved. It seems no coincidence there happen to be seven chapter thirty-sevens:

Gen 37 -- Joseph thrown into a pit but is lifted out of it (saved)

Exo 37 -- Perfection of furniture in tabernacle - things of Pure Gold, made perfect, annointing oil....

Job 37 -- God comes down, we cannot comprehend a perfect God - the 13,777th Bible verse is Job 37:7 he seals the hand of every man....

Psa 37 -- The Lord will save his people - Psalm 37:37 says "Mark the blameless man" (saved)

Isa 37 -- God will save Jerusalem - the 733rd verse of Isaiah - Isa 37:35 'For I will defend this city to save it for My own sake and for My servant David's sake.' "

Jer 37 -- Jerusalem was saved when the siege was lifted and Jerimiah was also saved from death - Jer 37:21 King Zedekiah commanded - they commit1 Jeremiah to the court of the guardhouse and gave him a loaf of bread daily (interesting c37 x v21 = 777 and both numbers reflect 3 sevens).

Eze 37 -- The dry bones vision of Israel who will be saved - Eze 37:28 "And the nations will know that I am the LORD who sanctifies Israel, when My sanctuary is in their midst forever."


I know how impossible this all sounds but consider in the 777th Bible chapter Jerimiah 32:27 says "Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh; is anything too difficult for Me?", and the 37th verse of Luke (1:37) says "For nothing will be impossible with God.". Don't be surprised when you see that God has done the impossible - Like God, his numbers and the Bible's perfection are beyond our comprehension.

God's payback promises - "Vengeance is mine" and "the hairs on your head are all numbered"

What things do the following verses have in common?

Matt 10:30 "But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
Heb 10:30 For we know Him who said, "VENGEANCE IS MINE, I WILL REPAY." ..

If you noticed they were both declarations or strong promises, you are correct; and you may have noticed these both have a chapter and verse reference of 10:30 which virtually everyone dismisses as inconsequential, but the Bible's fifteen 10:30 verses have a story to say if you know what to look for.

On my website and this blog I give example after example of how the Bible's numbering demonstrates itself to be not only inspired, but also help us to interpret scripture. As I get older and hopefully a bit wiser, I spend less time trying to convince people of the miracle of the Bible's numbers and more time simply showing them - so this post provides an example of God's pattern in scripture and lets you ponder the evidence for yourself

THE EXAMPLE: Like reference Bible verses have a theme running through them that helps in their interpretation and the message in this set has literally changed the way I see life. Praise Jesus!

How can that be? How can the Bible change one so suddenly? It happens when you know the Bible to be the exact word of God and then discover new truths in the text. The experience created in you due to the new truth is as compelling as touching a hot stove and concluding it burns! - the experience of truth changes us.

My experience came when I one day realized how the theme in these verses tells us of the completeness of God's vengeance, That day I let go of a huge part of my need to get back at others for their wrongs. You have to ponder the Bible's 10:30 verses to really take this in, but if you take the time you will find that one after another this set of verses tell how God's payback is not a general payback at all - God says he counts everything down to the hairs on our head. Nothing is missed. Related to the same set of verses, God demands,"Vengeance is mine!" - to me, this is an extreme command, not simply a suggestion. He means it! God, both pays back evil for evil and good for good. - precisely. When I comprehended this, I concluded that if God really does keep track of everything, I'm not trusting God if I hold grudges or try and make people pay for their mistakes in any way. It's as if God is recording every little event in his computer and tallying them up until debts become due on the last day.

There are just fifteen 10:30 verses in the Bible and I've included the most compelling 6 of them here. You can see how each of them tell of God's preciseness in his promises and statements. You will find that every 10:30 verse contains precise and unmistakable statements and I believe this was done intentionally so we would take in the point - God counts everything. The other nine examples not shown here show the same pattern (except for one I can't yet figure out). Like everything we study in the Bible, only God knows how it all fits together - we will never interpret it exactly, but we can see and interpret patterns. Even if you don't see God's counting in each of these examples, let the examples you do see help you conclude for yourself. That is, don't throw the concept out because you can't line up every example...we virtually never completely understand God's word and God's numbering is no different.

Key Bible Chapters that also point to God's Number Symbolism

This post shows some very well known and key chapters off the Bible and also that they have cross-Bible chapter numbers that give compelling evidence for the supernatural creation of scripture. Nothing is impossible with God - we know chapters and verses of the Bible were added only 700 or so years ago and in our human understanding we "know" they are arbitrarily assigned for reference alone. But the examples provided below and evidence in all other of the Bible's numbers show that even though men penned the numbers, it had to be a sovereign God that insured the Bible was numbered according to his supernatural inspiration and the numbers precisely relate to the context of each book, chapter and verse. The Bible's numbering is inspired like all other Biblical text and in fact, confirms the text of the Bible is exactly as God intended.

Matt 5:18 "For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke shall pass from the Law until all is accomplished.

If you can temporarily set aside your belief that the Bible's numbers are of men, consider the possibility that the below provided evidence shows how symbolism of cross-Bible chapter numbers fit precisely with the themes found in the text. This short list shows compelling examples that help us understand the perfection of the Bible. At first you might be tempted to dismiss these as contrived examples that are actually coincidence, but the key nature of these chapters along with very unique numbering associated with them should cause you to pause and consider that our God might be bigger than you imagine and has been more involved in the activities of the world than we ever imagined.

Consider the numbers associated with these chapters and the text related to them - could this all be coincidence?

• John 3 - the 1000th chapter - Home of John 3:16 "God so loved the world...". A key verse of Christianity in the 1000th chapter - Josephus said #1000 is God's number of Perfection
• Psalm 22 - the 500th chapter - Another key chapter with Jesus speaking in first person while hanging on the cross. #500 and #50 are related to the number of Jubilee - the forgiving of all debts which is what was accomplished with Jesus crucifixion.
• Jerimiah 32 - the 777th chapter - 777 is a number of being sanctified; being saved; or made clean. In this chapter God says he will send Israel away to exile, but more importantly the Lord promises he will one day restore Israel - save them. For more evidence of #777 symbolism, see also Isaiah 6:7, the 17777th verse that speaks of Isaiah's being made clean. Also see 1Samuel 21:4, the 7777th verse that speaks of the holy consecrated bread (which was made perfect and clean).
• Ecclestiaces 7 - the 666th chapter - A number we already associate with sin and evil - this chapter tells of the wickedness of men.
• Haggai 2 - the 911th chapter - A chapter telling of the coming judgment of God where the Lord says "I will shake the nations". 911 is a God number that speaks of consequences to nations that fall away from him. Reference also Daniel 9:11, the 22000th verse, that declares judgment against Israel who has fallen away. See the Bible's other 9:11 verses for other evidence.
• John 2 - the 999th chapter - #999 is a number related to events that take place immediately prior to the final judgment of the Lord. For example, the 23,999th verse tells about people who are taken up just before the "day of the Lord" - Matthew 24:41. John chapter 2 tells of the wedding that was taking place in Cana. The #999 cross-Bible chapter number theme suggests the chapter about the wedding is a parallel to the Wedding Feast the faithful will attend in the last days.
• Matthew chapter 1 - the 930th chapter - #39 and it's corresponding number #93 (39 in reverse) are both found consistently associated with Israel in the Bible. It is as if #39 speaks of Israel who has not yet completed their "40 years" of wilderness wandering and remain stalled in their 39th year - not yet entering the promised land. This 930th and first chapter of the New Testament gives evidence for Jesus being the Messiah the Jews are waiting for. #930 suggests this chapter is precisely located and numbered to help prove to Israel who Jesus is. Another amazing evidence for the supernatural placement of this chapter is found in Psalm 117, the exact middle and only two verse chapter of the Bible. It contains the 1929th and 1930th Bible verses - the 929 and 930 in these two cross Bible verse numbers seem to point precisely to the cross-Bible chapter numbers that divide the Old and New Testaments. The 929th chapter is Malachi chapter 4 and the 930th is Matthew chapter 1. This is an incredible validation of the preciseness of scripture - an impossible coincidence that I believe one day will be one of the most amazing confirmations of the supernatural structure of the Bible.

These are just a few evidences, but I believe anyone that seriously considers the key nature of these chapters and how their numbers appear to specially highlight their contents, will have to wonder about what God has done and will have a difficult time dismissing them as coincidence. In these last days it seems God is revealing the Bible is more perfect than anyone has previously imagined.

Scripture says God says he can do anything, and the number evidence seems to indicate he has done what we could never have imagined in the Bible's numbering - they are all perfect and help us interpret and understand the scriptures - Jer 32:27 "Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh; is anything too difficult for Me?"

Ecclesiastes chapter 7, the 666th Bible chapter warns of the wickedness of seeking pleasure

Numbers 666, 36 and 18 all have themes that point to sin, wickedness and affliction. Note that each of these numbers can result in the number 666; thirty-six is a way of expressing three sixes; and 18 is 6+6+6. One of the key evidences of this theme can be found in the 18th verse of Revelation 13 which tells us the number of the beast being six hundred and sixty-six. This is the 18th verse in the 1180th Bible chapter (also 18 related) which is a chapter about the beast coming up out of the sea - evil coming forth. The total of 18 verses in this chapter also relate it to number 18 and further confirms it is a chapter with a likely theme about evil. Another unseen evidence showing #36 and #666 relate to sin is seen in Genesis 3:6 where Eve first took the fruit and ate, and then gave it to Adam to eat -  it is the verse of original sin. Ecclesiastes 7 which is the 666th Bible chapter, also gives evidence of this theme. More importantly, knowing the theme of #666 helps us better understand how to interpret the chapter's text.  This post shows how the 666th chapter of the Bible warns us of seeking our own pleasure which leads to wickedness and death.

(Re Genesis 3:6 - I always find it interesting to note that Jesus is sometimes called the second Adam and similarly to how Adam accepted the sin initiated by Eve, Jesus took on our sins to save us from the death they bring.).

Ecclesiastes chapter 7 - the 666th Bible Chapter...

As I was reading the Bible the other day I noticed Ecclesiastes chapter 7 was the 666th chapter of the Bible, and knowing #666 is strongly associated with sin and the number of the beast, I decided to investigate to see if this chapter was also about sin and wickedness...I think it is. Let's begin by looking at the last verse of the chapter which suggests the sins of men:

Ecc 7:29 "Behold, I have found only this, that God made men upright, but they have sought out many devices."

Some commentaries say this chapter is a contrast of wisdom and folly, but by realizing the cross Bible chapter number is 666 we have to wonder if it is more about wickedness than wisdom. As always, the first and last statements of a chapter are often key to understanding a chapter's overall theme. Verse #29 is not well understood and is translated in many ways, but I suspect it is telling us that God made us right and complete - without needing anything more for happiness. It says men are unsatisfied with what God has given us and continually seek more pleasure through their own inventions (devices). Appearing to confirm this, the first verse has a similar message - that instead of seeking things to make us feel better, it is better to live to seek a good name. It is not absolutely clear, but I think the reference to a Good Name is a reference to warning us that what is important is seeking to know and claim the name of Jesus as our savior. The reference to ointment is about the things we try to add to our life to make it more pleasant. These verses and the rest of the chapter warn us to be satisfied with the life we are given and abstain from seeking to improve what God has already made right. We can begin by realizing we are sinners from birth:

Ecc 7:20 Indeed, there is not a righteous man on earth who continually does good and who never sins.

The Bible says we are all sinners and cannot continually be good. It seems like it is a way of telling us we can't seek to make our lives continually pleasant - there is a time to be humble and mourn our situation. Our life will be filled with both good things and trials and we are to accept them both. We are not to avoid the unpleasant. We find another similar statement in the 28th verse - #28 has a Redemption Pattern theme related to "Jesus the King and redeemer" and this 28th verse says "there is but one man in a thousand that can be respected, but not one woman". Josephus said #1000 is God's number of perfection (John 3 is the 1000th Bible chapter) and this one man in 1000 could be a reference to Jesus, the Son of God who is without sin. The woman in this verse seems to represent all people on earth who can never achieve respect in God's eyes because of our sin. Men can never make themselves better or righteous through their own devices and verse 20 reminds us of our sinfulness before God and confirms there is no one on earth who is without sin. We need to be humble before God before we seek our own ways.

Ecc 7:2 It is better to go to a house of mourning Than to go to a house of feasting, Because that is the end of every man, And the living takes it to heart.

The chapter warns us to be mournful of our situation and not continually run after our own pleasures. If you read the chapter you will find verse after verse that confirms this message. As you study it, look for themes warning us about our desires for a better life and to avoid hardship - to seek wisdom instead. God desires us to be wise and looking towards our death when a good name is what will be of ultimate importance. What is a good name? I believe it is a reference to the only thing that will save us - that we have sought and found Jesus Christ as our redeemer. I have not researched this extensively, but it seems to me that when the Bible speaks of acquiring wisdom it is specifically speaking of us learning about Jesus. I suspect we can substitute the name of Jesus wherever we see wisdom mentioned in the scriptures.

The Bottom Line: We are to be watching for the Lord's return as we serve God in this life. The Redemption Pattern and Numeric Map theme for #29, and the 29 verses of this chapter both point to our need to be watching for the return of the Lord. It is at that time that a "good name" that will save us - and ointments and other inventions we have we have sought for a better life will have done us no good.

#29 teaches Jesus will return and save by faith in him alone...not by works

There are only 11 of the 31,102 Bible verses with a cross Bible sequence number that both begins and ends with the number 29 (the 2929th, 29029th, 29129th,...29929th). The interpretative value of the Bible's DNA like numeric map demonstrates a consistent message running through the text of each of these 11 verses -- that Jesus will return and save those who have placed themselves subject to him and based on their faith in him alone...and not by works...

The pattern of Cross Bible Verses numbered 29n29

Number 29 is about Jesus return which includes his actions upon his return. The DNA like numeric map again demonstrates an amazing consistency in the text related to cross Bible verse numbers that begin and end with #29. These represent a sort of hyper or intense 29 related text. Notice how they over and over again speak of Jesus saving us through his grace which has nothing to do with our works/deeds. Three of these verses speak of women being subject to their husbands which, by their relationship to #29 seems to be telling us this is speaking of the church's needing to be subject to Jesus. Ponder that there are only 11 Bible verses that begin and end with #29 and 3 of the 11 (30%) of them fall on this very specific text. More evidence that God's DNA like numeric map is no accident.
