Interesting pattern of verse text in the Bible's 12:31 verses - Thought for Dec 31, 2012

Do with this what you will...I believe the Bible's numbering has a DNA like perfection and every once in awhile I take a peek at the Bible's chapter and verse number and see if verse numbers related to dates might have meaning. For example, various 9:11 verses (I.E. Dan 9:11) appear to have warnings to nations that turn away from God (

This morning, I had the inclination to take a look at the date for the last day of 2012 (or any other year) and found it interesting what themes seemed to be found in the text of these like referenced chapter and verses. I'm only sharing this for others to observe...we can all look back and see if there one day is any significance to what these verses might be telling us.

Following are the only 11 KJV Bible verses that have a chapter and verse reference of 12:31:

Old Testament

Exo 12:31 Then he called for Moses and Aaron at night and said, "Rise up, get out from among my people, both you and the sons of Israel; and go, worship the LORD, as you have said.

Neh 12:31 Then I had the leaders of Judah come up on top of the wall, and I appointed two great choirs, the first proceeding to the right on top of the wall toward the Refuse Gate.

New Testament
